If you are coming by air, a car is essential whilst you are here, due to the size of our fishery.
There are two alternatives:-

Please note that Groups N, P, J & W are on a request basis only (highlighted in green above)

The above rates include:

• Unlimited mileage.

• VAT at the current rate of 13.5%. For any extras listed below, please add VAT @ 13.5%.

• Collision-Damage Reduction Insurance (see excess rates below).

• Theft Protection Cover.

• 24 hour turnaround with 1 hours grace.

•  Daily rates above apply for rentals from 1 - 14 days. Please enquire for cheaper rates for 14+ days.

• Models are based on similar groups.

Terms and conditions

Credit Card Authorisation        
All customers are required to provide a credit card to comply with the rental agreement terms. A pre-authorisationto the value of the CDW excess and fuel (if option B is selected) is required from all renters prior to the commencement of their rental. This is to cover costs that may be associated to vehicle damage, petrol, traffic violations and penalties they may incur.                           

Delivery / Collection Service        
A delivery service can be provided from 09:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday at a charge of €2 per km.Outside these hours, customer will be required to collect from our nearest branch.                
Special delivery charges to marinas:      
Glasson, Tullybay, Beleek, Belturbet, Carrick-on-Shannon, Williamstown, Ballinamore, Killeadeas, Lisnairick, Portuma & Banagher
- all €125 plus VAT                         

One Way Rentals          
Rentals within the R.O.I for five days or less there is a charge of €50.00 
Rentals within the R.O.I for six days or more, there is no charge  
Dublin to Belfast and vice-versa, a charge of €180.00 (plus VAT) will apply regardless of the duration of the rental.

Valet charge          
If a vehicle is deemed to require an extensive valet upon return (upholstery and carpet shampoo), there will be an additional charge depending on the extend of the cleaning required. This amount can vary between €50 - €150 depending on the cleaning required.                    

Optional Insurances          
Mastercover Gold (MCG) - reduces excess to zero. Tyres, wheels, wing mirrors, keys & towing charges are not covered.

Groups:                  L, M, K, S & W = €20

Damage Excess Insurance (DEI) - reduces excess to €160 on all car groups.   Daily rates (incl. VAT)

Irish Residents          
Renters who normally reside in the Republic of Ireland (including non-nationals) are required to transfer their own comprehensive insurance.
They will receive a 10% discount on the quoted price.              

Additional Driver          
€6 (plus VAT) per driver, per day                             

Grace Period          
A one hour grace period will be provided at the end of each rental, after this a further days rental will be charged.                             

Child seat/Booster seat        
€35 (plus VAT) per rental                        

Freesale            
Groups: V, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, K & L on freesale    
Groups: M, N, S, J & W on request                      

CDW Excess          
Groups: V, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H = €  900      
Groups:               L, M, K, S & W = €1600        
Groups:                               N & J = €3500                        

Licence Requirements        
Drivers must produce a full driving licence and have at least 2 years continuous driving experience, free from serious endorsement or disqulification prior to rental. Only drivers named on the the rental agreement are permitted to drive the rental vehicle.
Failure to adhere to to this condition will result in the insurance been null and void.                        

Payment policy          
Cash Payment is not accepted.
Acceptable credit cards are VISA, Diners, Mastercard and Amex.Travellers cheques and EURcheques are not accepted.                   

Extension of Rental / Updates        
Where the customer requires the vehicle for a longer period than the agreed rental period, the customer must notify us at least two hours prior to the termination of the agreed rental period. In the event of the cmpany requiring termination of the vehicle, the customer will be liable for all costs incurred by the company as a result of termination. The company reserves the right, in the event of such failure of notification to use whatever means it may choose to recover vehicle.

Condition of vehicle upon delivery      
All vehicles supplied will be prepared to Ready for Rent standard set out in the pre-rental checklist.
All vehicle damage will be noted on the damage report prior to rental.              

Condition of vehicle upon return      
The vehicle should be returned (normal wear and tear exception) in the same condition as when rented. Normal wear and tear is defined as that wear on the mechanical and electronic components (including tyres) which is caused by normal every day driving.                 

Fuel Policy          
Option A: Car is supplied with a full tank of fuel at discounted price, paid at commencement of rental. There is no fuel refund upon return of the vehicle.     
Option B: Car is supplied with a full tank. A pre-authorization to the value of the fuel will be taken at the commencementof the rental. Vehicles should be returned with a full fuel tank. In case of refuelling, a refuelling charge of 10.00 EUR including VAT plus fuel costs will apply.

Customers using Mastercard as CDW cover    
All customers presenting Mastercard as CDW cover, must produce a letter from their bank stating
a) The bank will cover the damage excess fee for damage caused to their rental car
b) CDW cover is applicable for car rental in Ireland     
An administration charge of €35 (plus VAT) is applicable.                    

Parking and Driving Offence Administration    
The customer is responsible for all penalties incurred relating to traffic offences - parking tickets, clamping fines, compound charges, speeding etc.
We will collect an administration fee of €35 (plus VAT) for processing these claims.                             

Age Limits 23 - 74 years       
There is an underage surcharge of €10 (plus VAT) for drivers aged between 23-26.  
Drivers from the age of 23 until their 28th birthday are restricted to driving cars of 1400cc or less- Groups V,A, B, D, E & G.
The minimum age for Minibuses and executive cars is 30 years.
For holders of Italian, Spanish and Israeli licences age limit is 28 - 69 years.                     

Accidents          
In the event of a traffic accident, the renter must advise a company representative immediately giving full details of the incident. The renter must not admit liability for the accident to any third party. In cases where there is property damage to the rental vehicle or third party vehicle the provision of a replacement car is entirely at the discretion of the company and their insurer. Where a replacement car is provided, a daily insurance rate of €25 (plus VAT) is applicable.
For renters who have purchased a fully inclusive product (with zero excess) there is a once-off fee of €500 plus VAT.
Where a decision is taken not to provide a replacement car, there is no refund for the unexpired portion of the rental.                       

Property            
The customer acknowledges that any property left in the rental vehicle is at their own risk, and that the company has no such responsibility for such property.

Key Charge          
Where keys to vehicles supplied by the company are lost whilst vehicle is on rent, a charge of €190 will apply for replacement key, plus recovery costs where applicable.
